Estilles pushes various programs PDF Print E-mail

Police Regional  Office-9 Director Chief Supt. Napoleon R. Estilles implemented several programs and a training and seminar this week as part of the action plan of the Philippine National Police to upgrade its operational capabilities, law enforcement and investigation for a quality and effective service to the people.

Among the activities Estilles conducted was a five-day training for policemen on “Motorcycle Anti-Street Crime Operatives ( MASCO ) at Camp Abendan, Mercedes.

He also led the 1st Tactical Olympic Competition with mechanics on Special Reaction Team ( SWAT ), comprehensive Crime Scene Processing, Disaster Preparedness and K9 showdown.    The various programs and training  were attended by policemen from the different Police Provincial Offices and cities in the region.

The motorcycle anti-street crime operation was conducted by the riders of the Highway Patrol Group 9, while the SWAT training was held by the PRO-9 Explosive and Ordnance Unit and the  Disaster Preparedness the Office of the Civil Defense.

Director Rey Lañada,  National Director for Directorate Human  Resource  Doctrine Development,  also graced the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Camp Batalla park along RT Lim boulevard.

Estilles congratulated the graduates of the “ Criminal Investigation Course Class 170-2012 Tagamasid”. He directed the new graduates to implement  the technics and lessons they learned from their schooling when they go back to their respective command. —  Allen Abastillas
