Three persons were arrested in two separate anti-illegal drug operations in Putik and Talon-Talon the other day.

Ronald Lazo y Zabala, 41, married, of Cambodia, Putik and Peter Manantan y Gumero, 48, single, Physical Education director of Bethany School, were nabbed by men of the AIDSOTF led by Sr. Insp. Elmer Solon. Recovered from their possession were a medium pack of shabu, an improvised water pipe, four partially burned tissue paper, four empty sachets, two plastic straws, two pairs of scissors, four disposable lighters, one big aluminum foil, four small aluminum foil strips  and P300 marked money.

In another operation, men of the Tetuan Police Station under Chief Insp. Elmer Acuña arrested Derwin Limalima y Basilgo, 41, a native of Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay and temporarily staying in Logoy Grande, Talon-Talon.

Recovered from her possession were a matchbox containing three small packs of shabu, five rolled strips of aluminum foil  and P200 marked money.
All the three were detained and the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination. – Dan Toribio Jr.
