Robbers enter policeman’s house, steal pistol, P7,000 PDF Print E-mail

Robbers broke into a policeman’s house and got away with a gun and money at Dustone Drive, Sta. Catalina at dawn last Friday.

A police report said the robbery took place at the house of PO1 Saudi Kurais around 4 a.m.

Police said that Hadji Haris Kurais and Hurinor Harris were taking meal called “Sahur” at the ground floor of their residence when robbers entered the house by removing two jalousie blades from a window.

The burglars took a .45 caliber pistol with three magazines issued to PO1 Kurais, several documents and P7,000 in cash.

The City Police Office’s Investigation Section have mounted a follow-up operation for the arrest of the robbers. – Dan Toribio Jr.
