4 more shabu pushers fall PDF Print E-mail

Four suspected drug pushers were arrested in two separate operations carried out by men of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company led by Supt. William Gadayan and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency under Regional Director Supt. Adzhar Albani last Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon.

Gadayan identified one of the suspects they arrested as Jamal Ati Jadjuli, 38, married, of Betty 1 Drive, Sta. Catalina.

Gadayan said his men confiscated from Jadjuli’s possession a medium and small plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money amounting to P300 that was used in the buy-bust operation.

Jadjuli was detained at the central police station while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.

Around 2 p.m. Wednesday, PDEA agents led by Albani staged a buy-bust operation along Gov. Camins Avenue that led to the arrest of Kimar Hamja y Barah alias “Kim”, male, 21, single, a resident of Upper Por Holland, Maluso, Basilan, Oni Muhammad y Aling alias “Oni”, male, 26, married, a resident of Guiwan Porcentro, and Bars Hamja y Nanang alias “Barok/Bars”, male, 34, married, and a resident of Tumaga.

PDEA said the suspects sold a medium-size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu” to a PDEA undercover agent, who posed as buyer, in exchange for P500 registered marked money bundled with nine cut papers with the same size of P500 bill.

PDEA also confiscated from the possession of Hamja a pouch black pouch containing four medium-size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu” and the marked money and their service car a Toyota Black Fortuner with Plate No. ZCE939, OR no. 94759977.

The PDEA agents also confiscated from Muhammad’s possession a small-size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu”.
