Man found dead with bullet wound in chest: Accidental firing ? PDF Print E-mail

A 56-year-old man was killed after the gun he was holding went off hitting his chest at Brillantes Compound, Gov. Ramos Avenue, Sta. Maria last Sunday morning.

Arnaldo Ng y Woo, married, sustained a bullet wound in the chest.

Ng’s daughter Angel Grace, 25, told the police that she was sleeping inside her bedroom around 7 a.m. when she was awakened by a gunfire inside their house.

Angel later saw her father lying in supine position inside their house with bullet wound in the chest. He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.

Relatives of Ng also turned over to the police a .357 cal. revolver during investigation.

Police suspect that Ng was holding his .357 cal. revolver when it accidentally went off.
