To help solve the recent twin bombings in the city that injured nine people, the city government on Thursday approved the release of P100,000 as reward for any person who can give information on the identities of the bombers.

Mayor Celso Lobregat informed the local police headed by City Police Director Sr. Supt. James Mejia that he has approved the P100,000 reward for information on the perpetrators of the terror act.

The city government and the police believe that the arrest of the bombers will take place soon with the reward available for informers.

The police also announced that the office is open to anybody who would come and give information on the identities and whereabouts of the bombers.
The police assured confidentiality on the names of the informers for their and their family’s safety.

Mejia also disclosed that right after the twin bombings, he and his men has embarked on a thorough investigation. Up to this moment, investigators are still gathering intelligence reports for the resolution of the case.
