Woman selling solvent to rugby boys faces charge PDF Print E-mail

The City Police Office’s Women and Children Section under Sr. Insp. Gemma Luna has forwarded a case for violation of P.D. 1619 and R.A. 7610 against a 19-eyar-old woman who was caught selling solvent to some minors along JS Alano St. recently.

A police report disclosed that Traffic Enforcers Jose Marione Tacbobo and Jose Mariel Caminero were rendering duty along JS Alano St. around 9:30 a.m. when they spotted Anding Indanan y Suwaib, 19, of Rio Hondo, selling rugby to the street children who were all minors.

The two traffic enforcers called Indanan’s attention while the street children scampered in different directions.

Indanan was held by Tacbobo and Caminero and was brought to the central police station for investigation.

Investigators of the Women and Children Section had placed Indanan under interrogation and got sworn statements from the two traffic enforcers, — Dan Toribio Jr.
