A parents’ wish to have a wheelchair for their sick son has come true after District 2 Congressman Erbie A. Fabian granted their request recently.

Eleonor Arcillas, a housewife, wrote a letter to Rep. Fabian telling him about the suffering of her 20-year-old boy Alhein Bruce, who is suffering from cerebral palsy since birth.

Mrs. Arcillas was not expecting that her wish will be granted when one day,no less than the congressman came to their house at Sitio Lumiyap, Barangay Divisoria bringing a stainless wheelchair intended for her son.

Eleonor who was beside his son wept in joy upon seeing the solon right there in their humble abode.

For his part, Fabian thanked the couple for giving him their thrust and confidence to become an instrument in making ther dream a reality.

Fabian’s charity works in helping the sick, needy and unfortunate started since he was yet a television reporter and talk show host. — BS
