Twenty six policemen of the Kabasalan Municipal  Police Station in Zamboanga Sibugay graduated from a 30-day Character and Aptitude Development Training (Class 03-2012) held at the PNP Regional Special Training Unit 9 in Camp Abendan yesterday morning.

Kabasalan Chief of Police  Sr. Insp. Danilo J. Pailden received the leadership award from Police Regional Office 9 Director Chief Supt. Napoleon R. Estilles.
Estilles told the graduates that the training is good for their mental health because it igives time to relax. after a long and boring stay in the police station doing monotonous works.

“I urge you to be ambassador of goodwill for every policeman to tell him about the lessons you learned in the training. You  tell them that you have the duties and responsiblities to do things for the good of the people and the command and stay alert and vigilant at all costs,” Estilles said.

Kabasalan Police Station is headed by Pailden who have 25  Police Non Commission Officers who look after the peace and order condition in 29 barangays — seven lowland barangays, 11 mountainous barangays and seven coastal barangays.
