Men of the Sta. Maria Police Station served the other day a warrant of arrest to a resident of Sta. Maria.

The warrant was served on Kim Atilano y Lacandalo, a resident of Sta. Maria. for violation of Section 2 of the Fisheries Administrative Order No. 202 in relation to Section 91 of Republic Act 8550 otherwise known as the Fisheries Administrative Code of 1998 with Case No. 468030-CR.

It was issued by Judge Manuel Recto, presiding judge of the Manila Municipal Trial Court Branch 13.

The court recommended P4,000 for Atilano’s temporary liberty.

Meanwhile, men of the Detective Management Unit led by Insp. Albert Ramerez Alfaro arrested Ronald Teves alias Plok-Plok of Barangay La Paz.

Teves had a pending warrant of arrest for robbery with homicide with Case No. 25348. No bail bond was recommended.
