Pusher nabbed in Caburihan, Canelar PDF Print E-mail

A drug pusher was arrested in Caburihan Drive, Canelar last Thursday afternoon.

Arrested was Mark Gil Molina Nanquil, married. He was nabbed by men of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company under Supt. William Gadayan.
Recovered from his possession were two small sachets and one large size of shabu and P200 marked money.

It was learned that a police undercover agent with a back-up team from ZCPSC’s anti-illegal drug special operation task force went to Caburihan Drive, Canelar around 4:30 p.m. after Nanquil agreed to a drug deal.

The police undercover agent met with Nanquil and the latter handed him a sachet of shabu in exchange of the P200 marked money.
Right after the deal, a back-up team collared Nanquil.

Policemen also recovered a large size and small sachets of shabu from Nanquil’s possession.

Nanquil was taken to the central police station where he was detained while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.

Meanwhile, Gadayan added that around 11 a.m. of the same day, intelligence operatives under him arrested Edwin Junghan Abing in Villa Margarita, san Roque.

Abing’s arrest was made on the strength of a warrant for violation of section 15 in relation to section 21 of the Republic Act 6425. — Dan Toribio Jr.
