Sr. Supt. Moises C. Pagaduan assumed last Wednesday as the new chief of  the Highway Patrol Group 9.

Pagaduan’s former assignment was at the National Capital Region Police Office.

Outgoing HPG-9 chief Sr. Supt. Eduardo Roque Vega was designated as staff officer of former HPG National Director Chief Supt. Leonardo Espina.

It is the second time for Sr. Supt. Pagaduan to be assigned in Mindanao. As a junior officer, he was assigned at the Police Regional Office 11 and in C ARAGA Region.

During his assumption of command, Pagaduan directed all  provincial team units to intensify their anti-carnapping operations in their respective area of jurisdiction.

Pagaduan also instructed all HPG operatives to stay alert and vigilant in the performance of their duties and mission so that their lives will not be harmed.

Most important  of the instructions that Pagaduan issued is for HPG-9 men and women to render their duties with respect and discipline to every motorvehicle driver. — Allen Abastillas
