Police Regional Office-9  Director Chief Supt. Napoleon  R. Estilles has commended policemen in the region for a job well donein ensuring peaceful and orderly celebration of All  Saints Day and All Souls Day on November 1 and 2, 2012.

He said that the troopers have been directed to work closely and coordinate with the different  local government units and the military in adopting security measures during the two-day celebration.

Estilles had earlier issued a strict order among top police commanders not to allow liquor, blade weapons and noisy creating gadgets in all cemeteries in the region so that people can pray for solemnly and remember with fond memories their departed loved ones.

All instructions of Estilles under “ Oplan Kaluluwa” of the Philippine National Police  were properly implemented.
