A 46-year-old man and his son were killed, while a daughter was wounded in a gun attack at Lower Latap, Limpapa last Thursday afternoon.
Killed were Jack Lahaman y Hamja and Justine Lahaman, 6. Wounded was Claire Ann jane Lahaman, 7.

The victims sustained bullet wounds in the body and were taken to the hospital, where Jack and Justine were declared dead on arrival.
Claire Ann was confined for further treatment.

Initial investigation disclosed that Jack was driving his XRM motorcycle with Justine, Claire Ann and Jayvin Lahaman, 9, as back riders. They were on their way home coming from Limpapa Elementary School around 4 p.m., when two men aboard another motorcycle appeared and the backrider opened fire on them as they approached Lower Latap,

The gunmen sped away after the incident while helpful residents rushed the wounded victims to the hospital.

Policemen recovered two spent shells and two live bullets of .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene.
