Criminology teacher arrested as he delivers shabu to buyer PDF Print E-mail

A criminology instructor was arrested after he was caught delivering a large sachet of shabu to a buyer along Don Toribio St., Tetuan last Thursday night.

Arrested was Marvin Pausani, a faculty member of a university. Confiscated from his possession was a large sachet of shabu.

Pausani was nabbed by intelligence operatives of the Tetuan Police Station under the Chief Insp. Elmer Acuña.

Police said that before Pausani’s arrest, policemen nabbed a student of the same university caught in possession of a sachet of shabu.

During interrogation, the student told the police that it was Pausani who was supplying shabu to some drug users. Policemen conducted deeper investigation and came up with an operation plan to arrest Pausani.

Last Thursday night,  policemen received an information that Pausani was scheduled to deliver a sachet of shabu to one of his customers outside the school where he is teaching.

Pausani was spotted by policemen about to deliver the shabu to a buyer. He was held and the lawmen recovered from his possession a large plastic sachet containing suspected.shabu.

The suspect was taken to the Tetuan Police Station while the seized item was forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination. — Dan Toribio Jr.
