Barangay Lamisahan finally got its own multi-purpose covered court, just in time for its fiesta celebration today as District 2 Rep. Erbie A. Fabian inaugurated and formally turned over the edifice to barangay leaders.

On hand to formally accept the multi-purpose covered court were top barangay officials headed by Barangay Chairman Eddie Ramillano, his kagawads and other guests.
Also on hand were Rep. Fabian’s party mates at Fuerza Zamboanga headed by running mate and vice mayoralty candidate Atty. Luis Climaco, Councilor and congressional bet for District 2 Lilia Macrohon Nuno, and council aspirants Roseller Enriquez, Gerry Acuna, Ed Mingala, Dr. Carlito Depositario and Cabaluay Barangay Chairman MakoApolinario .

The project, funded under Cong. Fabian’s Priority Development Fund, started on August, last year and finally completed early this year.

Ramillano, a close friend of the solon, took time to express his heartfelt gratitude for and in behalf of the barangay’s officialdom and its residents after they finally realized their dream of having a multi-purpose covered court in their place.

Last year saw Barangays Guiwan and Zambowood get their multi-purpose covered courts courtesy of Rep. Fabian while two others are either being finished or in the initial stages of initiation namely Barangays Curuan and Lumbangan which Rep. Fabian has lined up forming bulk of his barangay infrastructure development program in his district.

The solon said the delivery of basic services to the barangays has been a cornerstone of his while serving his stint in Congress.

Cong. Fabian is now on his third term and final year in the House of Representatives and seeks to continue his service to Zamboanga by running for mayor in next May’s polls, as the standard bearer of Fuerza Zamboanga.
