3 persons facing charges in court arrested PDF Print E-mail

Police last week arrested three more persons facing charges in court in separate operations and in the different places here.

Around 2 p.m. last Wednesday, men of the Sta. Maria Police Station proceeded to San Roque and served a warrant of arrest for estafa on Romeo Jallorina.

The warrant was issued by Judge Peter Eisma of the Regional Trial Court Branch 15 on January 15, 2013.
Jallorina was released after posting a P16,000 bail bond.

At 2:30 p.m. of the same day, men of the Tetuan Police Station arrested Emerald Francisco, 25, single, of Mampang. He was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for violation of Section 10 of Republic Act 7610. The warrant was issued by Judge Peter Eisma of the Regional Trial Court Branch 15 on March 3, 2012 with no bail bond recommended.

Francisco was detained and was later turned over to the court.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, men of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company under Supt. William Gadayan arrested Victor Absari along Veterans Avenue.

Absari was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for frustrated homicide. The warrant was issued by Judge Tibing Asaali of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 on March 4, 2004.

Absari was released after posting P24,000 bail bond. – Dan Toribio Jr.
