PDEA nets 7 pushers in Siocon PDF Print E-mail

Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and men of the Siocon Police Station have arrested seven alleged drug pushers in Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte in what PDEA described as a huge success in the fight against illegal drugs in that area.

A police report identified those arrested as Esnani Dawani, Ebarley Banguih, Tamano Esmali, Nur Hussin  Banguih, Jerson Balian, Hazien Luzana and Shaira Banguih.

Police are also hunting two other suspects identified as Sid Abdurahman, and Judith Luzana who managed to elude arrest during an anti-drug operation.

Prior to the suspects’ arrest,  PDEA agents conducted surveillance and monitoring pertaining to ther illegal activities.     It was learned that those arrested were responsible for illegal drug operations  in Siocon.

After a successful entrapment operation, PDEA agents penetrated the suspects’ hideouts and cornered them.

Recovered from the suspects’ possession were several drug paraphernalia, marked money bills, three high powered firearms and several sachets containing white crystalline substance. — Noning R. Antonio
