The Council approved the ordinance on January 28, 2013 based on a request from    the Barangay Council of Tetuan under Resolution 01-05 series of 2011.

The ordinance was signed and approved on February 4, 2013.

Co-sponsors of the ordinance are Councilors Mike Alavar, Percival Ramos, Lilia Nuño, VP Elago, Rey Candido, Joanna Mari Mas, Rogelio Valesco Jr., Cesar Jimenez Jr. and Rommel Agan. — Sheila Covarrubias
