Dozens of colorum PUVs held in HPG, LTFRB operations PDF Print E-mail

More than 20 colorum public utility vehicles were apprehended by the Highway Patrol Group-9 and Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board 9 (LTFRB-9) during a joint five-day anti-colorum campaign from Monday to Friday.

Offenses of the violators are categorized as No Franchize to Operate, Expired Franchise, Operating not in the Area of  issued franchise to Operate and others like expired license and expired registration.

HPG-9 Chief Supt. Severino B. Agustin said that violators were issued a Temporary Operators Permit (TOP) and warned not to  operate again because they will pay more higher fines and penalties for their violations.
