The Tetuan police station under Chief Insp. Elmer Acuna has forwarded a murder case against a policeman who shot and killed his sister-in-law in Kapuk, Mampang last week.

City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo disclosed that after a thorough investigation conducted by Acuna and is men, necessary evidences pointed to PO1 Sahi Yusop as the one who shot Amelita Tenorio y Sapetran, 40, a native of General Santos City.

A case of murder was forwarded to the City Prosecutor Office during a so-called normal filing procedure the other day.

Yusop who is assigned in Sharrif Aguak, Maguindanao is still at large but the police assured that he will be arrested as soon as the court will issue a warrant of arrest.

Tenorio and Yusop had a dispute after he accused her as the one responsible for the death of his wife by means of black magic.

Tenorio and Yusop met in Kapuk, Mampang around 2 p.m. and he suddenly shot her in the body.

Tenorio was rushed to the Zamboanga City Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
