Servant-leader Monsi dela Cruz lamented that City Hall has not worked and processed yet the necessary documents for the lots he donated near Nuevo Zamboanga College in Barangay Pasobolong.

Monsi said he gave two lots for the barangay hall and for road within his properties in Pasobolong but until now the City Government has not moved to complete the deed of donation.

“Un titulo more or less 1,200 square meters para na camino ya sementa el siyudad sin permiso comigo pero nuway iyo pelya para na vien man este de maga hente,” he said

The UNA congressional aspirant of District 1 pointed out that he is not like any other city high ranking official who would warn people to close a road inside their property.

Obviously, Monsi was referring to the two controversial lots found inside the La Vista del Mar, owned by the Lobregats.

“Hindi iyo sera el camino para este na maga vivientes pero abla lang comigo si enteresao sila acepta el de mio donation,” he said. “If they are not serious just tell me kasi iyo ma politika o hindi ta ayuda man iyo,” Monsi said

“Pero if the mayor is not serious in accepting it I might be constrained to tell my lawyers to study the possibilities of filing a case against the city for implementing without permission of the owner,” Monsi added.

He however, was quick to say that the deed of donation or papers must already been made by the city government before the campaign period or if not after the May 13 elections so that his political rival will no longer have the leeway to file disqualification charges. — HG
