LAMITAN CITY — Partido ng Masang Pilipino mayoralty bet Hegem C.  Furigay said on Monday that he will bring new technology on rubber tree production in this city  for local rubber farmers to benefit.

Hegem is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Enterpreneurship Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific and a graduate of Master in Enterpreneurship at the Asian  Institute of Mangement in 2007. — Allen Abastillas
