“It is high time that our local government officials listen what the people have to say, their needs, their dreams and aspirations because as public servants we are there to serve them, that is our job and our responsibility,” declared Fuerza Zamboanga mayoralty bet Erbie A. Fabian in last Thursday night’s big rally in Camino Nuevo.

Fabian hammered anew on the three major issues confronting residents namely the crippling power outages now hitting  7 hours daily in rotating brownouts, the unstable peace and order condition and the excessive collection of fees and taxes.

“The people are crying out that something should be done now and as public servants, our local officialdom here should respond according to what the people need to be done immediately,” Fabian emphasized.

Speaking before a big crowd, Fabian was with his vice mayoralty running mate Atty. Luis Climaco, and Fuerza council aspirants in District 1 namely incumbent councilor Atty. Mel Sadain, former city police deputy chief Supt. Hado Edding, retired Regional Aviation Security chief Joselito Bernardo and former NCIP Commissioner and popular news columnist Mike Apostol.

Fabian and the Fuerza group were in Camino Nuevo the whole day yesterday and received warm and enthusiastic response from the residents.

Barangay officials led by Chairman Tony Deles were on hand to welcome the three- term congressman of District II.

Fabian and his running mates said the Fuerza group has an agenda to resolve these problems and asked the people’s support to send everyone in the team to the posts they are aspiring for.

“Man to man, we think Fuerza Zamboanga has highly qualified, deeply committed men and woman with integrity and pride in the city and its people, and deserving of your vote come May 13. Let us all join together and restore back Zamboanga City to its glory for the good of everyone here,” Fabian said. — FZ PR
