Wanted man arrested by cops in Muroc PDF Print E-mail

Men of the Divisoria Police Station under Supt. Haywien Salvado arrested a man wanted by the law at Sitio Murok, Pasonanca, the other day.

Micah Enriquez y Arcillas, 27, single, was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for frustrated homicide with case number 25547 and 24696 with P24,000 bail bond for each case and for violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 6 with bail bond of P2,000.

The warrant for frustrated homicide was issued by then Judge Jesus Carbon Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 16 and Judge Ivan Mendoza of the Municipal Trial Court issued the warrant for BP Bilang 6.

Enriquez was detained at the Divisoria Police Station and was later turned over to the court for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, Alvino Esperat y Francisco, 45, married, was stabbed and wounded by his board mate in a rented house at Veterans Avenue.

The suspect identified as Tata Lorete escaped after the incident.

Esperat sustained a stab wound in the right shoulder and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police said that Esperat had just arrived in their boarding house around 10:40 a.m. where Lorete who was allegedly drunk suddenly stabbed him.

Though wounded, Esperat  managed to run towards Nuñez St. where he was assisted by policemen who were conducting mobile patrol. — Dan Toribio Jr.
