UNA senatorial bet Richard “Dick” Gordon said yesterday he does not believe in survey describing as a “monkey business.”
Gordon said that survey is being paid by a person especially in politics to determine if he is known or if his plan to run for office is viable.
In return, he said, the surveyor who was paid by the person who wants to run will give him positive and favorable result.
“Survey is misleading the people ... It is a propaganda,” Gordon said.
Gordon said he had worked with Procter and Gamble, where he learned the real survey which is the survey on selling products which is conducted to determine what products are saleable and what are not.
On the other hand, re-electionist Senator Gregorio “Gringo “ Honasan said that not all surveys are true.
“Just like the experience of Vice President Jejomar Binay, when he ran for Vice President in the last election, his name was not on top, but when election results came, Binay was the winner,” Honasan said.
“I believe it is the people who will decide and not the survey,” Honasan said. — Allen Abastillas
