Two hundred ninety eight of the 788 cases  were dismissed for  lack of evidence,  59 were dropped and closed due to out of jurisdictions or forum shopping.

Saagundo said that IAS has experienced  difficulties in hearing cases especially in the different Police Provincial  Offices in Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay as many of the personnel were retired from the service due to mandatory age retirement.
