The long arm of the law has finally caught a man who has been wanted for more than a decade in Barangay Sibulao last Friday morning.

City Police Director Sr. Supt. Edwin De Ocampo said that Diosdado Columbres y Tubo of Sibulao was arrested by men of the Vitali Police Station led by Sr. Insp. Joel Tuttuh around 10 a.m.

De Ocampo said that Columbres was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for frustrated murder with CaseNo. 13797.

The warrant was issued by Judge Tibing Asaali of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17. The court recommended P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.

A police report showed that the warrant was issued in 1997.
