Residents of Presa Mayor, Tumaga recovered the body of an unidentified victim of summary execution yesterday morning.
The body  bore 17 stab wounds from an ice-pick.

A police report disclosed that the victim was hogtied and his face was wrapped with packing tape.
Police believe that the victim was killed elsewhere and his body was dumped along the road of Presa Mayor, Tumaga.

He was described as as 40-45 years old, having white complexion, with medium built, wearing a denim jeans and white T-shirt with black Nike shoes and sporting a skinhead haircut.
Investigators also recovered from his possession a backpack containing several ATM cards, a cutter, screw driver and a wallet for woman.

Residents told the police that the victim was not a resident of their place as no one could identify him.
The body was brought to the Villa Funeral Parlor for post mortem examination. — Dan Toribio Jr.
