Police have served three more warrants of arrest on three persons including a lawyer in separate occasions.

Men of the City Police Office’s Detective Management Unit led by Insp. Albert Alfaro served a warrant of arrest for contempt of court in relation to a case of attempted homicide with case number 50122 on Atty. Elpidio Nuval in Barangay Sta. Barbara around 10 a.m. last Monday.

Police said the warrant was issued by Judge Carlo Martin of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 3 on June 20, 2013. Recommended bail bond was P15,000

On same date,  Alfaro and his men served a warrant of arrest on Victoriano Taguinod of Sta. Barbara around 1 p.m. for violation of Section 22(a) in relation to Sections 18, 19 and 28 (f) of Republic Act 8282 (non remittance of SSS contribution) with Case No. 27971.

The warrant was issued by Judge Gregorio Dela Peña of Regional Trial Court Branch 12. Recommended bail bond was  P24,000.

Men of the Divisoria Police Station led by SPO4 Roberto Lee served a warrant of arrest on PO1 Richie Aguirre for homicide with Case No. of 27772. Recommended bail bond was P40,000.

All three accused posted their respective bail bond for temporary liberty. – Dan Toribio Jr.
