Four more wanted persons including a member of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology were arrested by men of the City Police Office under OIC-City Police Director Sr. Supt. Jose Chiquito Malayo in separate operations recently.

Men of the Detective Management Unit led by Insp. Albert Alfaro served a warrant of arrest on JO1 Nonie Pasol for maltreatment of personnel (three counts) under Case Nos. 51008, 51009 and 51013.  He was released temporarily after posting bail bond.

The warrant was issued by Judge Nancy Bantayanon Cuaresma of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 1 with P48,000 bail bond.

John Carlo Avila of Culianan was nabbed by men of the Culianan Police Station on the strength of a warrant for serious physical injuries under Case No.51043. The warrant was issued by Judge Carlo Martin Alcala of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 3. Recommended bailbond was P10,000.

Rafael Tubo was nabbed by DMU men for reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property under Case No. 51058. The warrant was issued by the MTC Branch 3. Recommended bail bond wasP10,000.

Reymond Tolio was arrested by men of the Tetuan Police Station led by Chief Insp. Elmer Acuña in Sta. Barbara. He was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for the crime of robbery under Case NO. 277732. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court with P24,000 recommended bail bond. – Dan Toribio Jr.
