The Police Regional Office-9 has launched the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.

PATROL stands for Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law. It is intended to support the Philippine National Police in the successful implementation and monitoring of their transformation roadmap.

Prominent business leader Pedro Rufo N. Soliven and Peace Advocate Zamboanga leader Fr. Angel Calvo, and Atty.Katrina Mohammad  are among the sectoral personalities appointed to the Regional Advisory Group composed also of Regional Director Macybel Sahi of Civil Service Commission and National Police Commission Regional Director Macapado T. Guro from the government sector.

The Multi Sectoral Governance Council will serve as an advisory body of the PNP and shall significantly be crucial to the implementation  of the Philippine National Police  Integrated  Transformation Program-Performance Governance System  (PNP ITP-PGS 2030)

The institutionalization of Performance Governance System in the Philippine National Police is an important undertaking of PNPs enhancement of its role in the country’s Global Competitiveness index, through the process of  vital involvement of the Multi Sectoral Governance Council, with the aimed of making a good governance  a shared  responsibility between  the PNP and the stakeholder.
