Ex-PASG director, 2 others tagged in Mampang gunslay PDF Print E-mail

The Tetuan police station has readied a case of murder to be forwarded to the City Prosecutor Office against a former director of the Presidential Anti-Smuggling Group and two others in connection with the killing of a resident of San Roque in Mampang last October 2012.

The suspects were identified as a certain Director Alba of PASG, Edgardo Lambo Jr. and Allan Pioquinto.

Alba, who is former director of the PASG, was tagged as the mastermind while Lambo and Pioquinto were the gunmen who shot and killed Wilfredo Alfaro y Ventura at Luciano Drive, Mampang around 10 a.m. last October 9, 2012.

Police said that witnesses have executed sworn statements pointing to Lambo and Pioquinto as the gunmen who shot Alfaro several times.

The victim died on the spot due to multiple bullet wounds.

DZT gathered that Alba had figured in an altercation with Alfaro few days before he was killed.

Police were looking into money debt as the motive behind the killing. – Dan Toribio Jr.
