The Philippine Center on Transnational Crimes Western Mindanao Field Office (PCTC-WM) headed by Chief Insp. Alexander Lorenzo  is one of the awardees in today’s celebration of the 112th Police Service Anniversary with awarding ceremony at the Police Regional -Office 9  headquarters in Camp Abendan, Barangay Mercedes.

Today’s celebration will have Sibugay Governor Wilter Yap Palma as guest of honor.

PCTC-WM receives the award for its achievements in the campaign against organized crimes and against human trafficking.

The theme of today’s celebration is “Serbisyong Makatotohanan: Handog ng Pulisya sa ating Pamayanan “.

Gov. Palma  together with PRO-9 Director Chief Supt. Juanito B. Vaño Jr. will hand over the award to Chief Insp. Lorenzo and some other awardees like Sr. Supt. Edwin  S. De Ocampo, Supt. Michael Pineda Palermo, achievement in the field of police operations, Caroline Soledad Cuello,  Non-Uniform Personnel, SPO2 Barle Mohammad Mabol, NUP Zenthia Basilio Surbano, Sr. Supt. James Mejia, director, Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office, Sr. Supt. Thomas Abellar, director, Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office, Zamboanga Sibugay PPO, Zamboanga City Police Office, Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Branch and others.

Philippine Center on Transnational Crime  is under the office of President Benigno C. Aquino headed by Undersecretary Felizardo Manalo Serapio Jr., whois the head of  Law Enforcement and Security Integrated Office (LESIO) and the Executive Director of PCTC. The office is the supervision of Executive Secretary  Paquito “Jojo” Ochoa .—  Allen Abastillas
