Police are investigating a robbery that took place at a fastfood joint along Zaragosa Street the other day.

Investigators were gathering information and evidences that may help in the arrest of burglars who robbed Jollibee, Zaragosa branch.

The robbery was discovered around 6:35 a.m. when the staff arrived to open the store for business.

The incident was reported to the police and fingerprints were lifted from the place that may help police identify the burglars.who got away with P110,926.50.

It was learned that the robbers broke into the store by tying a nylon rope on the steel bar of the roof which they use to rappel their way up the second floor where the office of the manager is located.

Inside the manager’s office, the robbers  opened the safety vault, scooped the money and fled using the entry point as their exit. – Dan Toribio Jr.
