For visibility, the consumer education billboards shall be installed in conspicuous places like at the Gov. Camins perimeter fence of the Centro Pastoral Center and at the barangay halls of the East and West Coast districts of the city namely; Vitali. Curuan, Sangali and Ayala.

The consumer billboards also serve as the link between the consumer and the DTI so that the former can easily bring to the attention of the latter any sighting of trade malpractices via the phone numbers and address of the I )TI printed on the boards.
