One of the top 12 most wanted persons in city’s west coast was arrested by men of the Ayala Police Station led by Sr. Insp. Edilberto Alvarez at noon last Thursday.

Alvarez identified the man they arrested as Yashmin Mambon y Abdurahim, a native of Sangbay Island, Basilan.
