Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairman Francisco T. Duque III issued an advisory denouncing any fund raising or grant of favors being made in his name, on behalf of the CSC, or through his officers and staff.

Chairman Duque issued the warning when human resource management officers and agency heads began calling his attention regarding a certain Shiela Marie Rodriguez using mobile number 0917-908-3673 and Raul Atadero using the number 503-7678 who are introducing themselves as his chief-of-staff.

“These people are in no way connected with the Office of the Chairman or the Civil Service Commission,” said Chairman Duque. “I am making a call to the public, especially those who have transactions with the CSC regarding their eligibilities, appointments processing, and administrative cases not to be deceived nor entertain any attempt by these unscrupulous individuals to rip them off.”
