Man wanted by the law nabbed PDF Print E-mail

A wanted facing charge in court was arrested in a police operation along Gov. Camins Ave.last Monday.

Joseph Pamaran y Arani, alias Jojo, 31, single, of Gov. Camins Avenue was nabbed by men of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company led by Supt. William Gadayan around 1:40 p.m.

Gadayan said that Pamaran was nabbed on the strength of a warrant for violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act 9165 with Case No. 26480.The case has no bail bond.

The warrant was issued by Judge Eric Elumba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 13 on March 19, 2012.

Meanwhile, men of the Detective Management Unit led by Insp. Albert Alfaro went to the house of Medzfar Asgari y Sali to serve him a warrant of arrest for attempted homicide but he was nowhere to be found.

Police said they were confronted by Asgari’s parents who told them that he was not around.

Follow-up operations continued for the arrest of Asgari. – Dan Toribio Jr.
