Rodel F. Alvarez, a 1995 graduate  of AB-Political Science of the Western Mindanao State University (WMSU), took his oath yesterday before Mayor Celso Lobregat at City Hall as an appointed kagawad of Barangay Sto. Niño

Alvarez was accompanied by his sister Amelyn Alvarez-Rico together with Sto. Barangay Chairman Rodelio “Abeng” Miranda and Kagawad Jocelyn Fox-San Miguel.

“I will support all the programs and projects of the Barangay Council headed by Miranda for the good of our residents in the barangay,” Alvarez said as he thanked Mayor Lobregat and the people behind his appointment.
