Three teenage girls, one of them pregnant, were injured after they were accidentally sideswiped by a Nissan Patrol with Plate No.KBM 488 driven by Leonila Abella at Purok 6, Talisayan the other day.

Police identified the victims as Crislen Taclindo, 16, Annabel Quezon, 16 and Edilyn Napalcruz, 15, (pregnant), all residents of Talisayan.

The Nissan SUV also bumped a parked motorcycle and a streetlight post.

Police said that Abella was traveling to Ayala coming from a resort in the west coast when she lost control of theSUV’s steering wheel and accidentally bumped the three women.at the intersection of Talisayan

The victims sustained injuries in their bodies and were taken to the Brent Hospital for treatment.

Abella was placed under police custody while the victims were still undergoing treatment and the vehicle was temporarily impounded. – Dan Toribio Jr.
