Suspected bike thief yields two sachets of shabu PDF Print E-mail

Police arrested a suspected motorcycle thief and recovered from his possession two sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia at Sitio Pitogo, Sinunuc last Thursday morning.

Arrested was Alfaisal Hadjula y Adjul, 22, of Sinunuc. He was arrested by men of the Investigation Section led by Sr. Insp. Albert Alfaro around 11:30 a.m.

A police report disclosed that Alfaro and his men had received an information that Hadjula was selling a stolen motorcycle in Pitogo, Sinunuc.

Alfaro and other police investigators rushed to Pitogo and arrested Hadjula. However, the stolen motorcycle was no longer in the area when the police arrived.

During inspection, policemen recovered from Hadjula’s possession two sachets of shabu and some drug paraphernalia.

Hadjula was brought to the city police office while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examinations.

At the police office, Basir Salman and Sitti Raiyam Hatab identified Hadjula as the persons who also stole their motorcycles few days ago.

Hadjula was brought to the City Prosecutor Office for inquest proceeding. – Dan Toribio Jr.
