Another suspected shabu pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tetuan the other day.

Nabbed was Balli Musa y Salwadi alias Bars, 42, married, of Purok 2, Recodo. He was arrested along Cabato Road around 12:30 p.m.

Musa was collared by men of the Tetuan Police Station during a buy-bust operation. Recovered from his possession were two sachets of suspected shabu and P200 marked money. He was detained at the Tetuan Police Station while the seized items were forwarded to the 9th PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.

Meanwhile, men of the Anti-vice Section confiscated three gambling machines in Manicahan and Culianan.

Two machines locally known as “Apple-Apple” were confiscated in Manicahan and another machine called “Kabalyo-Kabalyo” was seized in Culianan.

The three machines were brought to the City Police Office for safekeeping.

Campaign against all forms of illegal gambling is still being carried out by the police as mandated under a city ordinance. – Dan Toribio Jr.
